Order Validation and Acceptance
All orders placed on our website constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Freshtec. An order is only considered valid and legally binding once Freshtec has explicitly confirmed and validated it via a formal confirmation email or dispatch notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion at any time prior to validation.
Stock Availability Disclaimer
While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels online, stock availability may vary from what is displayed on our online store. Due to rapid stock turnover and synchronization delays, items may occasionally be out of stock or unavailable. Customers are strongly advised to call and verify stock availability before finalizing their purchase. Freshtec is not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from stock shortages.
Shipping Fee Adjustments
The shipping costs calculated and populated at checkout are estimates based on standard delivery parameters. Final shipping fees may vary due to factors such as package dimensions, weight, delivery location, or courier surcharges. Freshtec reserves the right to adjust the shipping fees after an order is placed. In the event of a price variation, we will contact you to confirm the updated shipping cost before processing and dispatching your order.
Delivery
- We deliver across South Africa
- Packages are dispatched when payment has cleared in our accounts and delivery is normally within 2 to 3 days . Delivery to outlying areas may take more than 3 days.
- Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment
- Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
- Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
- Own collection can be arranged but handling and packaging fees may be applicable
Warrantees and Guarantees
- Any goods supplied by Freshtec Energy shall be subject to the manufacturing company’s warranty.
- A Certificate of compliance (COC) issue on the installation of products is required to claim the warranty.
- Freshtec Energy shall assist claiming of the warranty with the manufacture.
Warranty is null and void on :
- Failure to use the products in accordance with instructions and specifications provided by the Manufacturer;
- Should the product has been subjected to physical damage, abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, tampering, improper maintenance, or has been serviced, repaired, installed by persons not possessing the necessary qualifications required to do so;
- The product is not returned with an invoice/verifiable method confirming proof of purchase.
- Repairs not covered by the warranty carry a charge.
Returns
All returns of unwanted or wrongly purchased goods carry a 25% handling fee
